最近水泵外殼加工廠批量生產(chǎn)水泵外殼時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)水泵外殼表面有些劃痕，不知道是什么原因造成的。經(jīng)過分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)是刀具的磨損導(dǎo)致的。水泵外殼表面劃痕主要有兩個(gè)原因：

　　1、水泵外殼表面材料較軟，刀具磨損較快。

　　2、水泵外殼表面的硬度較低，易產(chǎn)生劃痕。

　　針對(duì)上述兩個(gè)原因，可以采取以下措施加以改善：

　　1、使用耐磨材料的刀具。這樣可以減少刀具的磨損，延長(zhǎng)刀具的使用壽命。

　　2、調(diào)節(jié)刀具的磨削參數(shù)。通過調(diào)節(jié)刀具的磨削參數(shù)，可以有效提高刀具的磨損耐久性。

　　如果以上措施仍無法改善水泵外殼表面劃痕的現(xiàn)象，建議采用防止刀具磨損的措施。比如，可以采用隔離膜來防止刀具與水泵外殼表面直接接觸。
